1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

RJ68 Collection offers several shipping methods depending on your location:


United States

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Tracked Shipping: 4–8 business days


Within Canada

Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.


International

Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Tracked International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if tracking is included).

You can track your order through the carrier’s website or from your Shopify order page.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes applied by their country.

RJ68 Collection is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

RJ68 Collection is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost packages due to customer error

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying re-shipping costs.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery notification at  support@rj68collection.com

We will assist you with filing a claim or arranging a replacement (if eligible).


7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some countries.

Some items may have restrictions depending on regional regulations.
