We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition in which you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
To request a return, email support@rj68collection.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item when it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in our approval email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at support@rj68collection.com when your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Exclusions (non‑returnable items)
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal-care items, including beauty and grooming products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.
When approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.
