Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused and in the same condition received

  • With tags attached and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@rj68collection.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to:

    (Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@rj68collection.com so we can make it right.

Exclusions (non‑returnable items)
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty/grooming)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as well

Notes

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
